As a solo practitioner, Tyler brings a level of personal attention and direct communication that larger appraisal firms often can’t match. Every appraisal is handled by Tyler himself - not passed off to a junior reviewer or a call center. Tyler is a lifelong Northern Utah resident, married for 26 years and the father of four boys. Outside of appraising, he enjoys the occasional round of golf, looks forward to family trips to Lake Powell, and has a longstanding love of 80s hair bands. When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending time with family and friends.

Tyler holds a Certified Residential designation and maintains current USPAP compliance, with specialized experience in FHA appraisal requirements.
